How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can initiate the return process online for eligible items within 14 days of the item delivery date as stated in the item’s return policy.

Returned items should be in unused and re-saleable condition.

To return an item, please Contact Us with your order number of the item you would like to return. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.

Please note that if you elect a refund to your original payment method for an item you purchased with credits, gift cards, and/or special promotions, Marcavo store credit will be issued for that portion of your refund.

At the end of this process you will receive an email containing a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to ship your item. You may ship your package by taking it to your nearest drop-off location. Please contact us to schedule a pickup if the item you are returning is heavy. Exception: If you need “Replacement, Damaged/Defective” or “Wrong Quantity” as your return reason, a Customer Care representative will be touch within 48-72 hours to personally assist you.

Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping. We charge a flat $8.95 fee per shipment for return shipping. If you are returning multiple items that arrived in separate shipments, each item will incur a separate shipping charge of $8.95.

If a return is due to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will refund both the return shipping fee and the shipping charge you paid for the item(s).

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email with the details of your refund. If a refund is made to your credit card, please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. The time period varies for every bank. Please contact your credit card’s issuing bank if you have further questions.

Please note that online returns are only available for items marked as Returnable in My Account or your Order Confirmation email. If you would like to return an item that is marked as Final Sale and/or is not eligible for online returns, please contact Customer Care by email atcs@marcavo.comor by phone on 424.781.7988.

Please Note: Items that arrive after the 14-day return period as shown in the item return policy cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

RETURNS:

Every product page clearly identifies if an item is or is not eligible for return.

  • ELIGIBLE for return
  • NOT ELIGIBLE for return (final sale)

An item eligible for return must be sent back to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.

RETURN SHIPPING:
  • If you wish to apply your credit to your Marcavo account, return shipping is free.
  • If you wish to apply your credit to your original credit or debit card used for payment, return shipping will be deducted from that payment.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:

We’re really sorry there’s something wrong with your order. The good news is that we are here to help: Damaged items can be returned, and missing hardware can often be replaced.

Simply Contact Us and let us know what happened. We will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I know if an item is returnable?

If a product is eligible for return this will be indicated on the item description while the sale is live. It will also appear in your order confirmation email.

An item’s return policy will be indicated on the order details page.

Your item's return policy will be displayed in this section. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Fees

White-glove items

All items shipped via white-glove delivery are final sale and are not eligible for return. Items that are rejected at delivery for reasons other than damage, quality issues, or if it’s the incorrect item will incur a return shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge.

FedEx items

For items shipped via FedEx that are eligible for return, the return shipping fee will be a flat $8.95 fee per shipment. If you are returning multiple items that arrived in separate shipments, each item will incur a separate shipping charge of $8.95.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. However, if there is a problem with a final sale item you purchased, please contact Customer Care by email at cs@marcavo.com or by phone on 424-781-7988.

Custom/Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized items are especially-made for you, these orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact Customer Care by email at cs@marcavo.com or by phone on 424.781.7988. Please be prepared to provide us with your order number and the name of the item that was damaged.

I have a problem with a non-returnable item I received

How will I know when my return has been received?

After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in saleable condition, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, as well as the amount refunded to your original form of payment or credited to your account.
